The non-porous 6” wheel diameter is comprised of a 2” wide Semi-Steel wheel on a superior strength Cast Iron core. The Industrial grade STL wheel is a great balance between quality and heavy-duty dependability with fortified strength to ensure durability and long-lasting performance.

The Top Lock Brake is comprised of a Heavy Duty L-shaped steel arched brake pad that presses down against the wheel tread at the top of the wheel and under the caster plate below the raceway via manual ON/OFF side lever engagement. The arched pad has two touch points on the wheel tread to prevent slipping of wheel or movement during horizontal force. This brake is specifically designed for high load Heavy Duty caster applications in effort to secure against any movement or lateral pressure.
The Swivel Top Plate caster is a Heavy Duty gauge steel fork assembly with bright zinc plating. It has a double ball-bearing raceway for optimal strength, smooth rotation, and high tolerance against vertical shock. These casters come standard with a precision ball bearing assembly in the axle and are considered maintenance-free. The caster housing raceway is equipped with an easy-access Zerk fitting grease nipple for added convenience.
