Please note the return policy terms and conditions:

  • In the event, the wrong item(s) are selected and purchased by the customer, and the item(s) need to be returned in order to be replaced with the correct item(s), Icon Caster Wheels will happily receive the wrong items and ship the correct replacement item(s) to the customer.
  • There will be no restocking fee, and shipping costs will be paid by the customer in the event of customer error.
  • Any variances in credits or charges between the price point of the item(s) will be applied to the customer’s account and method of payment.
  • In the event Icon Caster Wheels ships the wrong item(s), the correct item(s) will be shipped with a return label for the customer to box and return the wrong item(s) and send to Icon Caster Wheels for full credit.
  • In the event that the product(s) contain any defects or malfunctions, Icon Caster Wheels pledges to make every effort to ship the replacement item(s) within a reasonable timeframe at the full expense of the company.
  • Any request for a return and or credit by customers beyond the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with no guarantee for remedy.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase submitted with the product upon receipt to our warehouse.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
