DISCLAIMER:
- The products must be in the original condition or at least resalable when received by Icon Caster Wheels in order for the customer to receive full credit.
- Full credit will be received by the customer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product and approved by Icon Caster Wheels. Upon approval, an electronic email confirmation will be sent to the customer and a credit will be issued in the original method of payment.
- The cost of shipping will be excluded in the event the customer made an error and ordered the wrong specification, part, or SKU. In addition, a 15% restocking fee will apply on all returns and cancellations once the product(s) have been shipped from Icon Caster Wheels’ warehouse.
- In the event Icon Caster Wheels ships the wrong product or defective product, then the company will gladly receive the order back in good faith and absorb the shipping cost from the original order with a full credit issued to the customer in their original method of payment.
- In the event, the wrong item(s) are selected and purchased by the customer, and the item(s) need to be returned back to Icon Caster Wheels in order to be replaced with the correct item(s), Icon Caster Wheels will happily receive the wrong items and ship the correct replacement item(s) to the customer waiving the 15% restocking fee. The additional shipping cost will be absorbed by the customer.
- In the event Icon Caster Wheels ships the wrong item(s), the correct item(s) will be shipped with a return label for the customer to box and return the wrong item(s) and send to Icon Caster Wheels for full credit.
- In the event, the product(s) contain any defects or malfunctions, Icon Caster Wheels pledges to make every effort to ship the replacement item(s) within a reasonable timeframe at the full expense of the company.
- Any request for a return and or credit by the customer beyond the 30-Day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for consideration with no guarantee for remedy.
